Produce reports and analysis in support of portfolio management needs including the building of exposure, risk and performance reports/dashboards among others work closely with the business solutions analytics (BSA) team within ISPM on data and analytics requirements.Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Analysts, handling ad hoc requests to support department and division reviews.Provide order/trade management support for portfolio managers including amongst others order preparation, supporting governance, regulatory and compliance requirements, transaction and order reporting and monitoring, proactive management to ensure smooth trade execution and processing.Provide support on IPOs and placements including gatekeeping on pre-trade checks and allocations for IPOs.

Provide business strategy execution support including setting up new strategies and portfolios, benchmark changes, funding and portfolio restructuring / rebalancing.

He/She will also work closely with teams in Singapore, London and New York, as well as counterparties and service providers across the globe. Accordingly, they are required to interact with people at all levels across the firm. The successful candidate will support active strategies that invest globally across multiple asset classes.
